Working within SendCrypto's well-funded environment after their multi-million dollar investment round, I managed development through structured Agile sprints using Jira for task tracking and bug resolution. Each week culminated in deploying new versions to both App Store and Play Store, maintaining consistent release cycles that kept users engaged with fresh features and improvements.
I ensured pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs, translating UI/UX specifications into flawless mobile interfaces. The sprint-based workflow allowed for efficient feature development while maintaining high code quality standards. This systematic approach, combined with the company's strong financial backing, created an ideal environment for delivering a professional-grade crypto payment solution.
Technical Architecture & Implementation
The application was built using React Native for cross-platform compatibility, integrating multiple third-party SDKs for comprehensive functionality. I implemented real-time chat systems using WebSocket connections and structured the In-App purchase flow to handle various subscription tiers seamlessly.
Database optimization was crucial for handling high-frequency blockchain transactions and user data. I established robust error handling mechanisms for Web3 operations, considering network failures and transaction timeouts. The architecture followed clean code principles with modular components that allowed for easy testing and maintenance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
As the senior mobile developer, I conducted daily code reviews and established development standards across the team. I coordinated closely with backend engineers to ensure API integration consistency and worked with the design team to validate feasibility of complex UI animations.
